Sending limits

Every paid Faivelo plan includes a monthly sending quota. (The Free plan is forwarding-only and doesn’t include campaign sending.) Limits keep the platform’s reputation healthy so everyone’s mail lands in the inbox — including yours.

Quotas reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused sends don’t roll over.

What counts as a send

One recipient = one send. A campaign delivered to 500 addresses uses 500 sends, regardless of how many campaigns you split them across.

A few things that do not count against your quota:

  • Suppressed addresses that Faivelo skips automatically (they’re never sent)
  • Regular day-to-day mail you send from your mailbox through an email app or webmail

One shared pool

Campaign sends and sends made through the developer API (including AI-agent sends via MCP) draw from the same monthly pool. If your tools and your campaigns both send from the same account, budget accordingly.

What happens when you hit the cap

  • Starting a new campaign is blocked with a clear error telling you how many sends you have left and your plan’s limit.
  • A campaign already in progress is paused automatically. Nothing is lost — the remaining recipients stay queued, and you can resume once your quota resets or you upgrade.
  • API sends are rejected with the same limit information.

Faivelo checks your quota continuously during a campaign, not just at the start, so you’ll never accidentally overshoot.

Where to see your usage

Open the Metrics page in your dashboard. It shows how many sends you’ve used this month, your plan’s limit, and what’s remaining.
