How to Sign In to Faivelo Webmail
Webmail is the fastest way into your mailbox: open a browser, sign in, and you are reading mail. It works on any device, nothing gets installed, and it is always running the latest version.

Your username is always your full email address. The password is the mailbox password chosen when it was created.

Good to know
- On a phone, you can add webmail to your home screen (Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone, ⋮ → Add to Home screen on Android) and it behaves like an app, with push notifications if you allow them.
- Companies on Faivelo can use their own branded address like mail.yourcompany.faivelo.com — the same sign-in works there.

I forgot my mailbox password. How do I reset it?
Ask your domain admin to reset it from the Faivelo dashboard (Domains → your domain → the mailbox → Reset password), or use the "Forgot password" link on the webmail sign-in page to request a reset.
Can I stay signed in on multiple accounts?
Yes — webmail supports switching between several mailboxes from the account menu without signing out.
Is webmail secure?
All traffic is encrypted with TLS, and you can add passkeys or two-factor authentication to your mailbox from webmail settings.
