How to Sign In to Faivelo Webmail
Webmail is the fastest way into your mailbox: open a browser, sign in, and you are reading mail. It works on any device, nothing gets installed, and it is always running the latest version.
| Server | Port | Security | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Incoming (IMAP) | mx.faivelo.com | 993 | SSL/TLS |
| Outgoing (SMTP) | mx.faivelo.com | 587 | STARTTLS |
Your username is always your full email address. The password is the mailbox password chosen when it was created.
Step by step
The easiest way to access your email — no app needed.
- Go to your webmail at mail.faivelo.com
- Sign in with your email address and the password you chose
- That's it — you're ready to send and receive email
Good to know
- On a phone, you can add webmail to your home screen (Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone, ⋮ → Add to Home screen on Android) and it behaves like an app, with push notifications if you allow them.
- Companies on Faivelo can use their own branded address like mail.yourcompany.faivelo.com — the same sign-in works there.
- Webmail includes calendar, contacts, files, and search — it is a full mail client, not a lite view.
Common questions
What is the webmail address?
mail.faivelo.com. Sign in with your full email address and your mailbox password.
I forgot my mailbox password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot your password?" on the webmail sign-in page. If you set a recovery email in Settings, a reset link arrives there and you choose a new password yourself. If not, the request goes to your domain admin to approve, and new credentials are emailed to an address you give. Your admin can also reset it directly: on the Mailboxes page, the ⋯ menu next to the mailbox has Reset Password and Send Credentials.
Can I stay signed in on multiple accounts?
Yes — webmail supports switching between several mailboxes from the account menu without signing out.
Is webmail secure?
All traffic is encrypted with TLS, and you can add a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID or a security key) and a recovery email to your mailbox from webmail Settings. Two-factor codes apply to your Faivelo dashboard account, not to mailboxes.
Setting up a different app?
Don't have your mailbox yet? Faivelo gives you unlimited mailboxes on your own domain for one flat price.
