Question 1

Is there an email host with unlimited mailboxes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Faivelo includes unlimited mailboxes on every paid plan. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 charge per user, so every address adds to the bill. On Faivelo you create as many addresses as you need, for people, departments, projects and aliases, from $6 a month.

Question 2

What does email cost for a whole team?

Accepted Answer

With per-seat providers the cost scales with headcount. Google Workspace is $7 per user a month, so ten people cost $70 and twenty-five cost $175. Microsoft 365 Business Basic is $6 per user. Faivelo is $6 a month whatever the team size, with unlimited mailboxes.

Question 3

Do I need Google Workspace for email on my own domain?

Accepted Answer

No. Workspace is one way to run custom domain email, but it bills per seat and expects you to configure DNS yourself. Faivelo gives you the same professional addresses with automatic DNS setup, DKIM, SPF and DMARC included, and no per-user pricing.

Question 4

Can I send marketing emails from my email host?

Accepted Answer

Rarely. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 have no marketing email tools, so most teams add Mailchimp or a similar subscription. Faivelo includes marketing email from the Growth plan with CSV import, personalization, open and click tracking, and one-click unsubscribe, from 3,000 emails a month on Growth to 100,000 on Business.

Question 5

How do I set up DKIM, SPF and DMARC?

Accepted Answer

Those three records prove your mail is really yours and keep it out of spam folders. Most providers ask you to add each one by hand. Faivelo configures all three when you add a domain, and where your registrar is supported, writes the records for you through its API.

Question 6

What is flat rate email hosting?

Accepted Answer

One monthly fee, however many mailboxes you create. Traditional providers charge per seat, so the bill follows headcount. Flat rate hosting separates the two: Faivelo starts at $6 a month and the number of addresses is up to you.

Question 7

Can I use Outlook or Apple Mail?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Faivelo speaks standard IMAP on port 993 and SMTP on port 587, so Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, the Gmail app and mobile clients all work. There is no proprietary app to install and no bridge to keep running.

Question 8

How does Faivelo compare with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?

Accepted Answer

The difference is the pricing model. Both charge per user, so email costs grow with the team, while Faivelo charges one flat price for unlimited mailboxes and adds automatic DNS, built-in marketing email and email authentication that are manual or missing elsewhere. Workspace and 365 remain the better fit if your team depends on their office suites.

Provider	Price	Mailboxes	Bulk marketing email	DNS and authentication	Moving in
Google Workspace	$7 per user	One per paid seat	Not included	Manual setup	Export and import yourself
Microsoft 365	$7 per user	One per paid seat	Not included	Manual setup	Export and import yourself
Fastmail	$4 per user	One per paid seat	Not included	Manual setup	Export and import yourself
Proton Mail	$6.99 per user	One per paid seat	Not included	Manual setup	Export and import yourself
Titan	$2.49 per mailbox	One per paid mailbox	Not included	Through your host	Export and import yourself
