What does “a box of its own” mean?

Each app runs in a container of its own, with the CPU, memory and storage of the size you pick, and its own data.

Is it the real open-source app?

Yes. Each one runs the project’s own release, pinned to a version we have run. We add the address, the login where the app has none, and the upkeep.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, for every app with a web address. Add it from the app’s page and point a CNAME at it; HTTPS is set up for you.

Can I make it bigger later?

Yes. Move between sizes from its page; it keeps its address.
