OpenClaw agent hosting questions

Do I need an account first?

Yes. OpenClaw checks your model key as part of setting it up, and that check runs for signed-in accounts.

Can I change its skills and channels?

Yes. Its config is yours after the first start; change it from its control panel.

How is it different from Hermes?

Both are always-on assistants with their own address. OpenClaw runs its own chat apps from its control panel; Hermes uses Faivelo’s linked apps.

What if I delete it?

Deleting it removes OpenClaw with its memory, chats and connected apps. There is no undo.
