Uptime Kuma hosting questions
Why not run Uptime Kuma on the server it watches?
Because when that server goes down, so does the monitor. Here it runs on a box of its own, so it can tell you.
What do I do on the first visit?
Open it and make your account: a username and a password. The database is already chosen, so there is nothing else to set up.
Can I put the status page on my own domain?
Yes. Add your own address from its page and point a CNAME at it; HTTPS is set up for you.
What happens to my monitors if I delete it?
Deleting it removes Uptime Kuma with every monitor, its history and its status pages. There is no undo.
