1. Google Workspace
Gmail on your domain, plus Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet and a shared calendar, all under one admin console. If your team already writes quotes in Google Docs and schedules jobs in Google Calendar, nothing else fits as naturally, and the Gmail app is familiar to almost everyone. It earns first place for small businesses that want one suite to run the whole office, not just the inbox.
2. Microsoft 365
Exchange mail with Outlook, Teams and the web versions of Word and Excel. For the team member who lives in Outlook, this is home, and shared mailboxes are the tidy way to run info@ and quotes@ without buying extra seats. It is the natural choice for a business whose accountant, suppliers and customers all trade Excel files.
3. Zoho Mail
The lowest per-user price anyone sells for a real mailbox, with a capable web client and mobile apps, and a free tier for up to five users on one domain if you only need web and app access. For a very small team watching every dollar, Zoho is the sensible start, and the rest of the Zoho suite is there if you ever want a CRM or invoicing on the same login.
4. Faivelo

For a small business that handles sensitive client information, such as a therapist, a lawyer or an accountant, Proton is the one on this list where encryption is the product rather than a feature.
7. Titan
A clean, modern mailbox sold mainly through web hosts and domain registrars, which makes it an easy add-on if you are already buying a website package. The app is tidy, and features like read receipts and email templates are aimed squarely at people who sell by email.
8. Neo
Built for solo founders and very small shops, with a friendly app, a simple one-page site builder, and a free subdomain address if you do not own a domain yet. Neo is a gentle first step for a business that is just getting started online.
So which one is right for you
If your team runs on Google Docs or on Excel and Teams, take the suite you already work in. If you are one or two people and want the lowest price per head, Zoho. If you have more addresses than people, or you simply want the setup done for you and one bill that does not move as you grow, Faivelo.
