Each live domain includes the partner API, co-branded webmail, your name on setup emails, partner support and deliverability monitoring. Mail, contacts and Drive share the domain's storage. Counted nightly; pause a customer or remove a domain and it leaves your bill.

These are introductory launch prices and may change. Any change comes with at least 30 days notice, as the partner agreement sets out, and applies from your next billing period after that notice.

20%off every domain

Once you have more than 20 live domains, every domain on your invoice is 20% off, on every plan, automatically. No plan to move to, no platform fee to unlock.

Step 1

Create the customer

One call with their contact email. No password, no signup email, no phone check for them: you are the verified party.

Step 2

Add their domain

We return the DNS records. Show them to the client or write them to the zone. Poll status until verified.

Step 3

Create mailboxes

Credentials come back once. Hand them over, or plug IMAP and SMTP straight into your own product.

Your own product, on our API

Keep your clients inside your app. Create customers, domains and mailboxes from your code, read DNS status and health, and pull the monthly usage report into your own billing. Mint a mailbox key per customer and read, search and send their mail from your own UI, no IMAP needed.

Verified partners

Every partner passes a business check, phone verification and a photo-ID identity check on the signatory before the first customer exists.

Deliverability guarded

New customers start on a reduced sending ceiling and graduate after 200 clean sends. We watch bounce and complaint rates across your whole book.

You stay in control

Pause or resume a customer from the API. If we ever pause one, the health endpoint tells you why and what is needed.

Clear responsibilities

A short resale agreement: first-party lists only, you support your clients, we support you, and either side can leave with notice.

Questions

Do I have to use your webmail and console?

No. They are there if you want them. You can just as well keep everything in your own product and drive Faivelo from the API, including the mail itself: mint a mailbox key per customer and build your own inbox on the message API. Same price either way.

Do my clients know Faivelo is behind it?

Webmail and setup emails carry your name and logo, with a small "Powered by Faivelo" line. Mail apps show our server name unless you add your own.

Can I move a client to a direct Faivelo account later?

Yes. Ask support and we convert the account in place: their mailboxes and domains stay, billing moves to them.

Is there a minimum?

No minimum commitment and no platform fee. Live domains are counted each night, so a month with no domains costs nothing.

What happens if I stop paying?

You get a 14-day grace window. After that provisioning stops and customer sending pauses until the invoice is settled, then everything resumes.

Which plan do my customers get?

You choose per domain: Starter, Growth, Pro or Business when you add it, and you can change it any time. Every plan has unlimited mailboxes; the plan sets the domain's storage.

Is there an SDK?

Yes: the faivelo package on npm has a partner namespace, plus plain HTTPS with a Bearer key if you prefer.
